Splitnex technology for guaranteed pulsation-free volume flow

The rotating conveying movement of the Splitnex technology ensures an even volume flow during elastomer injection molding. Continuously stable processes and constant product quality are the result. In conventional systems, the up-and-down piston movement causes a pulsation in the volume flow.

Servo pump for 70% energy savings

The servo pumps in Nexus dosing systems regulate the flow rate according to the actual requirements. Since no energy is wasted by pressure reducing valves on the mixing head, they save up to 70% in energy. The material loss due to residual quantities in the barrel amounts to less than 0.3%.
