What is the difference between piston pumps and servo-electric LSR dosing systems?

Piston pumps work mechanically and are often inaccurate and cannot guarantee 100% freedom from air. Servo-electric systems such as Nexus Splitnex pump pulsation-free, air bubble-free and with maximum precision - this reduces waste and increases process stability.

How easy is it to clean the dosing systems?

Very simple. Our systems are designed so that mixing heads and pipes can be cleaned quickly. Dead space-optimized components reduce cleaning effort and material losses to a minimum.

Can I change colors or additives quickly?

Yes, with our TrueFlow Nano system, a color or additive changeover is possible within a very short time - without long downtimes and with exact dosing in the parts per thousand range.

What about spare parts and service?

Our dosing systems are extremely robust and low-wear - spare parts are therefore rarely required. If something does become necessary, parts are quickly available. With NexCare, we also provide proactive support to prevent breakdowns from occurring in the first place.
